Job Description: National Sales Manager - SeaLife
Objective:
Maximize sales, profits and market share of SeaLife cameras and accessories.
USA and Caribbean territory.
Responsibilities:

Develop and propose strategic sales plans and annual sales forecast/budgets.

Direct strategic sales efforts in scuba dive, marine, outdoor, consumer electronics,
premium/incentive, gift and other specialty markets with high ROI potential.

Develop sales, merchandising, promotional and training materials and programs.

Coordinate merchandising and promotional activity with customers.
-
Build and maintain effective inside and outside sales force by industry.
-
Identify, build and maintain close working relationship with key accounts.

Travel to key accounts, shows, and events, including travel with reps.

Maintain average selling prices at or above budget/forecast and retail pricing in compliance with MAP policy.

Prepare and present quarterly marketing review presentation.

Prepare bi-weekly activity report on status of sales and sell-through activities;
promotional projects; show and events; sell-through activity; distribution status;
market trends; new developments; opportunities/problems; competitive information.

Collaborate with marketing manager to propose and develop effective marketing materials
required to maximize sales and profits.
Qualifications:
-
Sales management and trade experience in consumer products.

Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Energetic, proactive, motivated, dynamic and dependable individual.

Proficient in Windows programs (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Frequent travel required; 40% to 60% in field work (customers,
reps, trade shows, events, etc.)

College degree in business and marketing desired.

Experience in digital photography desired.
