IT Manager/Systems Administrator
To effectively and efficiently develop and maintain Pioneer's computer network, automated business applications and communications systems in order to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

Job Description:
Computer and communications Systems Infrastructure
  • Maintain local area network (LAN), workstations and communications infrastructure, including router and network services.
  • Develop and maintain a storage, back-up and recovery plan for corporate data in order to prevent loss of data, minimize costs and downtime in the event of systems failure.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls pertaining to data access and security.
  • Maintain technical expertise applicable to position by means of continuing education, seminars, periodicals, etc.
  • Develop employee proficiency in business applications by identifying staff requirements and providing applicable training materials and programs.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of promotional effectiveness and cost analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain IT capital expense and operating budgets and forecast.
  • Work with Management to define the current and future needs and objectives of Pioneer's automated information systems. This includes the research, analysis and proposal of evolving IT solutions to management team.
  • Maintain records of software user licenses and comply with statutory requirements regarding software licensing.
  • Implement application version upgrades, service packs and updates.
  • Develop and maintain written procedures of routine SA tasks, responsibilities and systems related internal controls.
  • Develop and maintain a formulized corporate shared file structure. Optimize shared file structure with management team.
  • Work with top search engines to maintain high rankings.

    Internet/website

  • Work with Sales and Marketing Departments to keep corporate web presence updated and effective.
  • Active liaison between web development staff and management team.
  • Develop, monitor and enforce corporate end-user policies.

    Corporate/Departmental Applications
  • Work with management team to develop and implement strategic, long term IT solutions at the corporate and departmental levels.

    Facility
  • Safeguard company assets by developing and maintaining a cost effective security and surveillance system for corporate facilities and properties.

    Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a Windows network environment
  • MCSE certification required.
  • Well organized and good communication skills required
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • CCNA certification desirable.
  • Background in Microsoft Great Plains business solutions desirable.
  • Proficient in Windows programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
